I love to create.
I am a creative through and through. I have always had to feed my urge to create, and because of this I have dabbled in poetry, painting, sewing, jewelry-making, costume creation, photography, and blogging. Creating is my passion, and because it’s also how I make my living, I get to live my dream job day in and day out, no matter where I work.
Behind all that fun is a hard-working, loyal employee.
Because I love what I do, I’m able to quickly become passionate about the company I work for. For me, work isn’t work. I pride myself on solid work and a strong understanding of the importance of adhering to a brand. In the office I’m the quiet-but-friendly employee who’s just as comfortable working with headphones on as she is chatting at the coffee pot.
I am an INFJ-A and a Gryffindor.
I am adventurous, confident, and principled. I am often mistaken for an extrovert, but enjoy a quiet space to retreat to. While sometimes I come across as no-nonsense, I love to laugh and try not to take myself too seriously. I have a strong desire to see quality in everything I produce. That need for perfection means I tend to hold my coworkers and team to the same standards I hold myself to. I am a loyal and determined person, and it reflects in my work ethic. Despite the fact that I tend to put my heart and soul into the things I create, I don’t take criticism personally.
I’m passionate about more than just creating.
I’m an animal-lover and proud dog mom to a rescue mutt. As a style lover and former blogger, I love to express myself through what I wear and how I look, and I have experimented with nearly every hair color and cut you can imagine (and maybe even some you can’t). I love costuming and attend Renaissance Faires regularly. I have a perfect Professor Trelawney look, though I’ve won two costume contests with my Steampunk Amelia Earheart costume. I’m a firm believer that life is to be enjoyed, just like good food, time with friends and family, and sunsets.
